Kiddoe is a childcare management app created by Emma Woodhouse. By using Kiddoe you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Contact us at emma@kiddoe.app with any questions.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Kiddoe account. Kiddoe is intended for parents, legal guardians and professional caregivers. By creating an account you confirm that you are an adult and, where applicable, the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you add to the app.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at emma@kiddoe.app.
You may only create one account per person. You may not share your account with anyone outside your family or care team.
Kiddoe requires a paid subscription after a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Apple's in-app purchase system.
Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
We do not offer refunds except where required by law. If you have a billing issue, contact Apple Support or email emma@kiddoe.app.

You cannot:
You own the information you add to Kiddoe. By adding content to the app, including photos, journal entries and notes, you grant Kiddoe a limited licence to store and display that content to you and the members of your family account. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you add is accurate and that you have the right to add it.
Some features in Kiddoe use artificial intelligence to generate personalized suggestions. These suggestions are intended to support and inspire caregivers and parents. They are not a substitute for professional medical, developmental or childcare advice. If you have concerns about a child's health or development, always consult a qualified professional.
AI-generated suggestions may occasionally be imperfect. Use your own judgment as a caregiver or parent when deciding whether a suggestion is appropriate for your child.
The Explore section of Kiddoe contains product recommendations with links to Amazon. Kiddoe participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and may earn a small commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. Product recommendations reflect the personal experience and professional judgment of Kiddoe's founder. They are not paid placements.
Kiddoe is provided as is. While we work hard to keep the app reliable and accurate, we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or perfectly suited to your needs.
Kiddoe is not a medical app. Nothing in Kiddoe constitutes medical, developmental, nutritional or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your child's needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiddoe is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Kiddoe is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings or by emailing emma@kiddoe.app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. On termination, your right to use Kiddoe ends immediately. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of Kiddoe after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kiddoe operates. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
