Kiddoe is a childcare app that brings everything into one place for families and the people who care for their children. Personalized activity ideas, meal planning, a shared schedule, a learning journal, baby tracking, household management and more. Created by a Norland-trained nanny, every feature reflects real professional childcare experience.

Kiddoe is for anyone caring for children. Families use it to plan meals, get activity ideas, track the day and stay organized. Parents who work with a nanny or au pair use the Care Team features to stay connected with their caregiver. Solo caregivers use it to plan and log their day. You do not need a nanny to get real value from Kiddoe.

When you set up your family profile, you can invite your caregiver by email. They get their own access to the shared schedule, handover notes, activity ideas and everything they need for the day. Parents stay informed in real time. Everyone stays in sync without the constant back-and-forth messages.

Kiddoe uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized activity ideas and developmental insights based on your children's ages, personalities, interests and the information you choose to share. Meal ideas come from a curated recipe library built specifically for families with children, filtered to your family's dietary requirements and preferences. For the AI-powered features, we use a provider called Anthropic, which operates a zero data retention policy for Kiddoe. This means your children's information is never stored by Anthropic after your request is processed, never used to train any AI model, and never shared with third parties. Your data belongs to your family.

Yes. All data is stored securely and can only be accessed by authenticated members of your family account. It is not possible for another family to access your data. Photos are stored in private encrypted storage and are never publicly accessible. You can read our full privacy policy here.

Yes. Kiddoe has a dedicated baby tracker for feeding, nursing, sleep, diapers and pumping, with a live timer for nursing sessions. Activity suggestions adapt to your baby's current stage of development rather than just their age. The app works from birth.

Yes. You can invite multiple caregivers to your family account. Each person gets their own login and access to the shared information. One family subscription covers everyone.

Kiddoe costs $11.99 per month or $99.99 per year, which works out at $8.33 per month and saves you 31%. You can try everything free for 14 days with no credit card required. One subscription covers your whole family and care team.

Kiddoe launches on iOS first. Android is coming soon after launch. Join the waitlist and we will let you know as soon as it is available.

Your data remains accessible in read-only mode. If you choose to delete your account, all your family's data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can request deletion at any time from Settings or by emailing emma@kiddoe.app.
