Kiddoe is a childcare management app created by Kiddoe Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Kiddoe was founded by Emma Woodhouse, a Norland-trained nanny. We are the data controller for the personal information you provide through the app.

Kiddoe uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized activity suggestions and developmental insights. This technology is provided by Anthropic.
Anthropic operates a zero data retention policy for Kiddoe. This means the content of your requests, including your children's information, is not stored by Anthropic, is not used to train AI models, and is not retained after your request is processed.
Your children's data is never used to train any AI model. Meal ideas in Kiddoe come from a pre-built curated recipe library and do not use AI technology.
Kiddoe Ltd is a UK company. Some of our third-party providers, including Supabase and Anthropic, may process your data outside the UK. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in line with UK GDPR requirements, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Kiddoe is designed to be used by parents and professional caregivers. We take children's privacy extremely seriously. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for our US users and with UK GDPR for all users.
Who uses Kiddoe. Children do not create accounts or interact with Kiddoe directly. Only authenticated adult parents and invited caregivers can access the app. By creating a family account and adding a child's profile, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and consent to Kiddoe storing their information as described in this policy.
What information we store about children. When you choose to add it, Kiddoe may store a child's first name, date of birth, photo, personality traits, interests, dietary requirements, allergies, developmental milestones and any additional notes you add to their profile. All of this information is provided voluntarily by the parent or caregiver.
How we use children's information. Information about your children is used solely to personalize their experience within the app. It is never used for advertising, never shared with third parties for commercial purposes and never used to train AI models.
Your rights as a parent. You can review, update or delete your child's information at any time within the app. To delete all information associated with your child, go to Settings or contact us at emma@kiddoe.app. We will respond within 30 days.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately at emma@kiddoe.app and we will delete it promptly.
